HNC Support Fundraiser Featuring Charlie Lustman
On Friday December 7th the Head and Neck Support Program (HNC Support International) will be having a Fund Raiser at the Santa Monica Playhouse.
Charlie Lustman, a Head and Neck Cancer Survivor, Pop/Folk Musician will be performing his Pop-Opera “Made Me Nuclear”. It tells the story in song of Charlie’s fight with Head and Neck Cancer.
Charlie has been touring Cancer Clinics, Hospitals, and Health Festivals around the world spreading his message of “hope” and “determination”. He is an extraordinary talent who has devoted himself to helping others.
The Santa Monica Playhouse is a small intimate venue that put the viewer up close to the entertainer, maximizing the impact. Tickets are limited (again, it is a small theater) and we are asking for a $25.00 donation for each ticket. All proceeds from the performance will go to us.
We will use all money raised will be used to give LA County Hospital Head and Neck Patients free post-surgery physical therapy. These are folks who simply cannot afford and/or do not have health insurance and are in dire need.
Please help by coming to the magic evening and enjoying an amazing performance that you will not forget.
If you want to attend send me an e-mail at blairf@socal.rr.com and let me know how many seats you want reserved. If you can’t attend but still want to help out please either click here or send any donation to HNC Support International, Inc at 4806 Scott Street, Torrance, CA 90503
This is a joint venture with the USC Physical Therapy Associates.
